SILENCING SOLUTIONS

Zanni+Partner Ltd. has a comprehensive product and services spectrum for all kinds of sound insulation for rotating machinery and other noise-sources, to conform to noise regulations. It includes also the protection of equipment (weather damage, thermal dissipation, ventilation, fire, heating, in compliance with required norms) and accoustic treatment for dissipating wide-band frequency noise, produced by air inlets or exhausts, chimneys, and other applications.

Applications

-   Gas turbines and associated modules (water, oil, fuel, ...)
-   Steam turbines,
-   Pumps,
-   Generators,
-   Exhaust ducts,
-   Ventilation,
-   Internal combustion engines,
-   Mechanical industry,
-   Automotive industry ...

Manufacture

Made to specific standards and specifications.
This could be CODAP, ASME, DIN, DESP97/23CE, ....
Possibility of mechanical analysis on finite elements.
2D, 3D and aeraulic analysis with ventilation of a scaled model if necessary.

Acoustic Performance

Complying with the most stringent contractual requirements. Parallel-splitters and absorption silencers with a noise reduction of 10 to 40 dBA.

Technology Advantages

Steel parts made of carbon or stainless steel, as required. The splitters are made of a frame with mechanically fixed and welded perforated metal sheets, an acoustic layer and a layer protection.

Our sound insulation consists of

- Load-bearing frames specially configured for each project and on-site conditions, complying to international
  norms, BS, UBS 97, ...
- acoustic panels built to comply with required noise level,
- ventilation designed for optimal dissipation,
- additional equipment as needed (filtration, heating, ventilation, sensors, lighting, CO2 protection, rolling beams,
  automatic devices,....)
- access and maintenance routes (gangways, doors, traps, glazing,....)

All these modules are delivered in kit form for easy transportation and assembled on site.
